DPS have recently expanded to new premises in Warrington Business Park, Cheshire. This follows a spate of new contract awards in both the scanning services, and recruitment services aspects of our business. These premises benefit from 24 hour security and controlled access.

DPS Win Woodland Trust Scanning Project

DPS recently secured a large scanning project to scan the legal deeds and associated correspondence documentation for all of the UK’s woods which have been placed under the control of the Woodland Trust (some 1200 woods in total). DPS Ltd have developed a new scanning solution capable of automatically detecting colour within ordinance survey maps specifically for this project.

Large IFA appoint DPS to scan over 50,000 client case files

DPS awarded contract to scan over 50,000 individual case files for a large Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) organisation. This project required fast accurate scanning of pension, and investment documentation, contracts and correspondence, and delivery of the scanning images on a series of CD’s to our customer. Enabling fast easy retrieval of case files, saving time, money and office space and enabling the IFA to retain compliance with the industry regulator, through the long term storage of the documents.

Large Government Dept appoint DPS to scan 750,000 records

DPS have been awarded a large contract to scan over ¾ million documents for a large government department, in the healthcare area.
